We maintain a PureOS issue tracker here.

You may view existing issues anonymously but will need to create a Purism GitLab account to create or comment on issues. Applying for a Purism GitLab account using a working, valid email address is helpful if you wish to correspond with other users in the issue tracker.

Transparency and privacy

Our policy is to share as much information as possible in our issue tracker. We do occasionally receive confidential information via issue reports and may embargo issues to protect users, but those situations are rare.
